He began his career with a larger private corporate group and quickly found their approach to patient care did not align with his core values. So he moved from practice to practice until he found one that was well run. That owner became his mentor and helped him open his own practice. Carroll Physical Therapy has been serving this community for over 10 years.
If you have ever finished a shift knowing you did good work but not the work you trained for, you already understand why that mattered to him. He still runs it for autonomy and control, because both allow him the ability to make the best decisions for his patients, his colleagues, his business, and his family. Colleagues is in that sentence on purpose.
