No surprise balances, and no runaround.
Your statement shows two things we need: an account number and a balance due. That is the whole picture. If a line on it does not look right, call before you pay it. We will pull your visit history and go through it with you rather than ask you to take it on faith.
Most of the time there is no surprise, because we verify your benefits before your first visit as a courtesy. If you are uninsured, or your visits have run out for the year, we have self-pay plans. And if the balance is genuinely a problem right now, ask for our office manager, who will work with you to create a payment plan. There is nothing to apply for and no finance company involved, because we do not use one.
Three steps, and one phone number.
There is no portal login to remember and no password to reset. Here is what actually happens.
Get Your Statement Out
You need two numbers from it: the account number and the balance due. Both sit near the top of the page. If the statement has gone missing, we can find the account with your name and date of birth instead.
