Patients often find that different problems keep coming up and play wack-a-mole for issues after issue without ever addressing the underlying issues that contribute to each successive injury or issue. My approach involves getting to the core – pun intended- of the issues to improve not just the one injury but their ability to continue being healthy.

I am certified by The American Institute of Balance in both Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management (AIB-VRC). My practice focuses on general outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management. I specialize in utilizing Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques to enhance postural response and movement patterns of patients with the goal of attaining patients’ highest level of function possible.

I enjoy working with patients who are determined to find health despite the obstacles that are in their way. The best part about Carroll Physical Therapy is the staff relationships and support we provide each other and our patients.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I enjoy comedy and am an avid sports fan. I also enjoy playing guitar and going to concerts.

Going back to physical therapy was easily one of the best decisions that I made in 2023. The physical therapist that I ended up going to was Dan Tittamin or “Bubba” as everyone calls him. He was my physical therapist the last time that I went to physical therapy in 2020, so of course I went back to him because I had such a positive experience with him last time. I had always said that if I ever needed to go back to physical therapy, I would go back to Bubba, 1,000,000% without question. It’s so difficult to put into words how amazing my experience was this time around, but I’m going to try. I’ll start with the physical aspect of physical therapy because it not only helped me physically, which is a given, but mentally as well. Every single session that I had with Bubba both challenged me and made me feel really good in the end. I used to have awful neck and back pain every day, but now I don’t, thanks to him. Not to mention, he made it really fun. From throwing and catching footballs to doing wheelies in my wheelchair, there was never a dull moment with him, which is something I was never able to say the very first time I went to physical therapy as a child. He really made sure that I was feeling okay after every session and did his absolute best to help me with anything that I needed.
Which brings me to my next point, how physical therapy was beneficial for my mental health. Bubba and I happened to go to the same schools at different times, but I wish I had known him in middle and high school. I would’ve loved to have been his friend. He’s the type of person who would bring out the best in you, want you to succeed, make you feel welcome, but also make you feel loved and appreciated. The past year was one of the most difficult times in my life, filled anxiety and other various mental as well as physical health struggles, but going to physical therapy with Bubba took my mind off of the constant war that was going on in my head. He was always making jokes and always making me laugh. He’s like the big brother I never had. Not to mention, he always goes above and beyond for his patients. He fixed my wheelchair brake for me, which I never expected a physical therapist to do. My friend is also a patient of his and she says that he’s a rare physical therapist and I agree.
I could go on and on about Carroll Physical Therapy and all the wonderful staff there. Z, Jason, Sara, Abby, Mike, Dan C, Dan S, Mary, etc, you have all contributed to making my experience at Carroll Physical Therapy such a positive one. I loved getting to know all of you. You’re all such special people and you really make a difference in each and every patient’s lives. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bubba, thank you Carroll Physical Therapy, for everything that you do. You’re a blessing to me.
If you stuck around until the end and you needed a sign to go to Carroll Physical Therapy for physical therapy, this is your sign. I highly recommend going to Dan Tittamin (Bubba)! If I could give a 5,000,000 out of 5 stars, I would!

Therapist. He has made a major impact on my life, career and dreams. Dan T.’s depth of knowing, caring, progressive planning, and exceptional skills made all the difference for me.
His hands-on work opened up my tension and blocks, working through a maze of twisted nerves and muscles week after week, until they were cleared. Along with home exercises, I gradually began to “own” my awareness and
progress as a new way of life.
I’m a professional violist, and my left-hand fingers would tingle and become numb. I was finishing a major album project and preparing its release with solo concerts; being able to use my fingers to play really mattered! As my
posture and problems were sorted out, my fingers and playing “magically” became free. This is life-changing for me. I will forever be grateful. I give Dan T., Carroll PT, and Sara Leach, my highest recommendation. Know that you will be in the best hands.

I was hesitant about physical therapy because I didn’t think my injury was serious enough to warrant it but I was encouraged by a friend who highly recommend Carroll Physical Therapy. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt a warm and welcoming vibe as opposed to the expected clinical atmosphere.
Dan Tittamin instantly made me feel at ease and took my concerns seriously. I really appreciate that he took the time to address my needs and create an exercise routine so I can work on preventative care at home. My sessions were as enjoyable as they were informative and helpful; I noticed results immediately. Dan was easily likable, funny, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
Everyone there seemed to have a friendly yet professional demeanor, helping me feel comfortable at all times. I cannot recommend Carroll Physical Therapy enough!
