PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

I grew up in Denville, New Jersey right around the corner from Carroll PT. I attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut graduating with a B.S. in Health Science Studies and a minor in Philosophy in 2022 and DPT in 2025.

While at Quinnipiac I had three clinical rotations for PT. My first rotation was at Concentra in New Haven, CT where I was able to treat a number of different acute MSK work related injuries. The second rotation was in acute care at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center where I spent the first half of my 12 weeks with the general medical population and the second half with the burn unit. My last clinical rotation was in outpatient physical therapy at The New Jersey Center of Physical Therapy.

“We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly… Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual.” – Viktor Frankl

Something patients have to deal with is a medical system that often overlooks the person sitting right in front of them. As a physical therapist, I try to connect with each patient from the very first visit to understand what they are going through and how I can help guide them to a solution by empowering independence through movement.

I like working at Carroll PT because the environment creates a community of providers and patients in an energetic atmosphere.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dog, going to the gym, reading, cooking/baking bread, watching sports, golfing, and traveling.
