Adriana Olivas is a patient care coordinator at Carroll Physical Therapy, working the front desk and scheduling. She came here from personal care: she is a licensed cosmetologist and has worked as a lash artist and a laser technician. That was a different industry, and none of it is a service this clinic offers. She has also completed medical assisting coursework.
What carried over is the part that matters at a front desk. Years of being the first person a nervous client speaks to, of explaining what happens next before they have to ask, and of keeping a book of appointments straight. She is not a physical therapist and she does not treat patients.
