Dr. Luke Osifchin grew up in Denville, close enough to this clinic to know the roads, the fields, and the people who use them. He earned his DPT at Quinnipiac University in 2025 and came back to practice in the town he is from. When he explains what is going on with your shoulder or your knee, he is explaining it to a neighbor.
His clinical rotations were deliberately wide: Concentra, then Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in acute care and the burn unit, then NJ Center of PT. That range means he has worked with bodies at every stage, from the first hard days after a serious injury through the last steps back to full load. What he does with it here is the same thing everyone here does: find the cause, say it in plain language, then fix it.
