Dr. Sara Leach, PT, DPT, NMSK-DN

She started in acute care, where progress is measured in a few steps down a hallway. She brought that patience to outpatient orthopedics.

From hospital beds to the gym floor.

Dr. Sara Leach began her career in inpatient acute care, where the first goal is often sitting up, then standing, then a few steps down the hall. She moved into outpatient orthopedics after that. The habit stayed: break the goal into the next honest step, and make sure the patient knows why that step is the one.

She studied at Rutgers as an undergraduate and completed her graduate work at Seton Hall. Her focus is muscle activation and core recruitment: getting the right muscles firing again, so the relief from hands-on work is not temporary.

Where Sara trained, and what she works on.

Release the muscle that will not let go, then teach the right muscles to fire again. That order is the whole point of how she treats.
