I grew up in Glen Ridge, NJ, and now live in Morris County. I graduated from Springfield College’s 6 year Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2024.

I spent 6 months in Maine working at a hospital-based outpatient clinic and acute rehab hospital for 2 of my clinical rotations in the final year of PT school. My final clinical rotation was here at Carroll PT, also in the final year of the program.

QUOTE

“I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”
– Henry Dav Thoreau

Something patients often have to deal with is the frustration of chronic pain or acute injuries that impact their quality of life. I focus on empowering my patients with knowledge about their condition, personalized exercises, and achievable goals to help them regain control and confidence in their recovery journey.

As a physical therapist, I’m devoted to relieving pain, restoring passions, and promoting a holistic lifestyle. Through empathetic listening, evidence-based practice, and dedicated ongoing support, I am committed to guiding individuals beyond their initial plan of care and I enjoy treating any orthopedic/muscuoloskeletal injury.

I enjoy working at Carroll Physical Therapy because of the smaller/intimate space that lends to better relationships with patients, like-minded, helpful, and knowledgeable coworkers, and collaborating with referring physicians about the patient’s plan of care.

When I’m not working. I enjoy all kinds of exercise including weight-lifting, sprinting, hiking, etc., reading books, cooking, listening to music, exploring new areas, and watching sporting events.

“Cole really took his time to understand my injury and go over everything in detail to come up with an action plan to get my shoulder back in business.”
