Janine Leggiardo is a patient care coordinator at Carroll Physical Therapy. She studied interior design, which is training in making a room work for the people who actually have to use it, and the same instinct shows up in how she runs the office side: staff supported, the day organized, and the administrative part of your visit already handled by the time you sit down.
She is not a physical therapist and she does not treat patients. That is the point of the role. Everything that is not treatment, the check-in, the phone call, the form, the schedule change, belongs to the front desk, so your therapist can spend the visit on the reason you came in.
