Stacy Ferdinand manages the office. She holds a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University and a master's from Centenary University, and she is not a clinician: she does not treat patients. What she runs is everything around the treatment. Therapist schedules, appointment times, and the insurance questions nobody enjoys having to ask.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Carroll Physical Therapy is in-network with most plans, and the office verifies your benefits before your first visit as a courtesy, so you know where you stand before you walk in rather than three weeks later. If benefits run out, or money is tight, Stacy is the one who will work with you on a payment plan. Our insurance plans page lists the carriers we are in-network with.
